The program supports science and technology research projects of research institutes, universities, hospitals and scientists with modern approaches and technology, with excellent results and international influence in the fields of science, technology, engineering, medicine, economics and education. Funding for each project is from 2 billion to 10 billion.

– Application time: from March 2, 2021 to May 5, 2021.
