Welcome ceremony for New Medical Students, HIU – Class of 2021
In harmony with the atmosphere to celebrate the new academic year, Hong Bang International University (HIU) will hold a welcoming ceremony for new students in the academic year 2021 – 2022.
In the context of the COVID-19 epidemic being a global public health burden, HIU is organizing an online New Student Welcome Ceremony. This situation has created a very special event and promises to leave an “unforgettable" impression in the hearts of each student.
Time: 7:30 – 11:40, October 9, 2021.
Location: on MicroSoft Team – Lecturers and Students participate with giangvien@hiu.vn and sinhvien@student.hiu.vn
Participants:
- Faculty management, all lecturers, technicians, faculty secretaries
- K20 classes committee and student representatives of K20 classes
- All new medical students’ class of K21 (2021-2027)
Main activities:
- Opening performance, online mini games.
- Meet and exchange faculty managers and teachers in the faculty.
- Instructions to join the Medical Group to receive notifications from the faculty and the school.
- Summing up the number of students participating.
