In early 2023, students from the Faculty of Business Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities, and Faculty of Global Languages and Cultures of Hong Bang International University (HIU) had a meaningful trip abroad to South Korea under the “Short-Term Study Program at BUFS” from January 3rd to January 16th, 2023.
At Busan University of Foreign Studies (BUFS), HIU students had the opportunity to participate in highly informative specialized classes such as:
- Public Relations (PR)
- Intercultural Communication
- International Business
- Korean Law and Culture
With a team of experienced lecturers from the United States and South Korea, the program provided HIU students with in-depth and up-to-date specialized knowledge.
In addition to classroom learning, students also had the opportunity to participate in many exciting extracurricular activities such as:
Visiting the HYUNDAI MOTOR factory, where students learned about the modern production process of the leading Korean automotive group.
Experiencing snow sledding at Gyeongju World Snow Park, bringing joyful and memorable moments.
Exploring the Econyang Amethyst Cave, a mesmerizing amethyst cave in Korea, a unique natural wonder.
At the end of the program, students will be awarded a certificate of completion. The overseas trip to participate in the “Short-Term Study Program at BUFS” is an invaluable experience for HIU students. This is an opportunity for them to improve their specialized knowledge, enhance soft skills, broaden their horizons, and exchange and learn with international friends.
