Student ID Card issue
1. For the Freshmen: student is issued the Student ID card at the time of registration for study at Hong Bang International University. HIU Student Center is in charge of issuing the student ID card for all freshmen students
– Fee for the 1st issue: Free
– Place of issue: HIU Student Center
2. For the students who got lost of Student ID Card: you are requested to do re Student ID Card replacement at HIU Student Center.
– Fee for the replacement: 50.000 VND ($2)/once.
=> Student should pay the fee at Office of Finance & Accounting before making the request at HIU Student Center.
– Place of request: HIU Student Center in both campus (upon student’s convenience)
+ Floor 2 of main campus, Room 2.4 – HIU Student Center
+ Office 1, Zone G of Dam Sen campus
Regulation of Student ID Card

1. Every student is issued a Student ID card by Hong Bang International University for their time of study. In case of loss of Student ID card, student is guided to have the replacement.
2. All students are requested to wear the Student ID card during campus especially when they visit and work with the school or office at HIU.
