On the morning of September 7, 2023, at the head office of Aierra Oversea Studies, Chennai, a delegation from Hong Bang International University (HIU) consisting of:
• Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Vice President – Representative of the Board of Directors of HIU
• Dr. Nguyen Thanh Duc, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine
• Dr. Vu Thi Phuong Anh, Vice Director of the Institute of International Education & Engagement had a working session with Aierra Oversea Studies.
At the working session with the partner Aierra Overseas Studies, India, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan – Vice President of HIU, highly appreciated the company’s capacity and activities in the recent past.
The meeting covered a wide range of topics, including: •Student recruitment plan for Indian students • Academic exchange • Internship at the hospital • Course schedule • Admission process Reporting on the implementation of the recruitment plan of Aierra Oversea Studies, Ms. Deepa Ranganathan, Director of Aierra Company said: “The company has planned to implement and invest a large amount of money in the advertising campaign, specifically the company has spent more than 50,000 USD for the advertising campaign on media platforms such as Facebook, Google and outdoor billboards.”
This shows the company’s determination and capacity to cooperate and contribute to HIU’s internationalization process. In addition to the recruitment plan report, Aierra also proposed to establish academic exchange cooperation during the meeting. HIU will cooperate with the company to develop additional programs and subjects for Indian students to practice so that they can return to India to take the professional certification exam after graduating from HIU.
With the above proposal, Aierra Oversea Studies received support from the University representatives and agreed to cooperate with the company to work with relevant units, especially with functional agencies. “I highly appreciate the company’s efforts in always trying to create the best possible conditions for students to have a good learning experience as well as ensuring that students have a solid knowledge and skills foundation after graduation,” Mr. Tuan shared.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides had in-depth discussions on how to create better and better learning conditions for students when studying at HIU. Aierra Oversea Studies also shared the joy and honor of being welcomed and having a working session with the University delegation.
