Responding positively to the campaign “The entire people exercise their bodies according to the example of the great Uncle Ho" over the years, the union members of Hong Bang International University have actively practiced physical training and sports with many ministries. Rich subjects have created a strong change in the athletic and sports movement of students, faculty and staff, contributing to improving the health and fitness of students, lecturers and staff. in which the practice of Yoga is one of the outstanding subjects.

Yoga practice helps people develop physically, enhancing flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. Especially when practicing Yoga will help create concentration, calm and relax, thereby improving, the spirit will be more comfortable when studying and working.
