At the beginning of January 2021 – Hong Bang International University kicked off a new year with many exciting activities, including the Traditional Football Tournament of Hong Bang International University 2020. The faculty of Medical Laboratory participated in the tournament with the men’s football team and has devoted many beautiful matches to the audience.
In the group stage matches, the Medical Laboratory team met the Faculty of Engineering and Technology 3 team and won 5 – 0.
The next match against the Faculty of Science and Education was a tense match and tug-of-war in every ball. After moments of exciting competition, the Faculty of Medical Laboratory won at least 1 – 0 against the Faculty of Science and Education.
In the last match of the group stage, the Faculty of Medical Laboratory met the Faculty of Odonto-Stomatology 3. Although the players of the opposing team made great efforts, they only scored 1 goal. In contrast, the Medical Laboratory players competed very unitedly and coherently to win 6-1 and topping Group C after the group stage.
In the knockout round, despite their best efforts, the Medical Laboratory faculty team had to stop at the tournament after losing to the Pharmacy team. However, with the dedication during the competition, the team has left a beautiful image in the hearts of fans and faculty members. We wish the team even more success next year.
